|
Various
levels of quality checks are being adopted after the file
is transcribed. The MTs transcribe the files and send them
to QA's who checks each file. A ratio of 1:3 is being adopted
i.e. 1 QA for 3 MT's. The minimum accuracy level to be achieved
by the QA is 98%. After checking, the QA sends the file to
Editors/Super QA's for quality check to ensure that the minimum
accuracy levels are met. The minimum accuracy level to be
achieved by the Editor is 99%. Ones the files are ready; it
is being uploaded by the System Administrator. Overall supervision
from downloading of files, quality of transcription, and turn
around time compliance is done under strict supervision of
Production Manager. We operate 24 hours a day 7 days week
and 365 days in a year.
